Booking Terms & Conditions

• We can offer a full refund for cancelled bookings 5 days prior to arrival. In the event of late cancellations or no-shows, we do not offer any refunds.
  

• We offer a self check-in service at Riverview Lodge and Hot Tub. The door will be unlocked and the key will be in the door.
  

• Check-in is from 3pm. 2pm check-in is available at a cost of £20 which must be prepaid.
  

• Check out is up to 10am. Leave your keys in the door. There is no need to lock the door. Late checkout may incur additional charges.  11am checkout is available at an extra cost of £20 and this must be booked in advance and prepaid.
  

• If a lodge is left in an unsatisfactory condition or deliberately damaged in any way, we reserve the right to charge costs to the payment method on booking.
  

• Lodges must be left as clean and tidy as when you found them.
  

• The lodges are non-smoking. 
  

• Hot Tub – Please ensure you read and follow all guidelines regarding hot tub use. 
  

• Issues -  please notify us immediately and we will take action to rectify the problem.
